Part A - Consumer Terms

Product and service presentation does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only upon explicit acceptance or performance.
3. Prices and Payment
The prices shown in checkout or in an offer apply.
Available payment methods are displayed before order completion.
4. Delivery and Performance
Delivery timelines are product-dependent and communicated during the order process.
5. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided on the Cancellation page.
Part B - Business Terms
1. Scope
This part applies to business customers.
2. Contract Formation
Offers are non-binding unless explicitly marked as binding. A contract is formed upon order confirmation or performance.
3. Prices and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are net plus applicable taxes and duties.
4. Liability
To the extent legally permissible, liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for personal injury and mandatory statutory claims.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. For disputes with business customers, jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.
