Cancellation Policy for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from:

• the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods, or
• in case of services, from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal notice.

For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
